Holsteiner Applecake

Ingredients: 500 g apples 375 g butter 1/2 package baking powder 1/2 tsp cinnamon 250 g butter pinch of salt 250 g sugar 4 eggs 50 g whipping cream powdered sugar Preparation: 1. Peel, quarter and core apples. Cut into slices. 2. Mix flour, baking powder and cinnamon. 3. Whisk butter, salt and sugar until creamy. 4. Add eggs, flour mix and cream. 5. Mix apples in.  6. Apple Muffins with Tofu

Ingredients: 120 g flour 30 g whole wheat flour 1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp baking soda 100 g tofu (silk) 60 g soy milk 50 g canola oil 30 g beet sugar 2 tsp vinegar pinch of salt 20 g raisins 1/2 apple (steamed) Preparation: 1. Mix tofu, soy milk, canola oil, sugar, vinegar and salt in a bowl. 2. Add flour, whole wheat flour, cinnamon and baking soda and mix roughly. 3. Add raisins. 4. Fill dough into muffin forms. 5. Tarte aux Pommes

Ingredients: 250 g shortcrust 1000 g apples 150 g sugar 1 coffee spoon cinnamon 3 soup spoons milk 15 cl cream (crème fraiche) 2 eggs powdered sugar vanilla sugar cinnamon Preparation: 1. Roll out dough, butter a springform and line with dough (including a small edge). 2. Peel apples, quarter, core and cut evenly lengthways to reduce baking time. 3. Spread the apples circular on the dough and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. 4. Bake for 25 min in a very hot oven. 5. When the apples are baked, top with egg mass, cream and vanilla sugar. 6. Baked Apples with homemade vanilla sauce

Ingredients: 4 big apples (Boskoop) 30 g butter + some more 2 tbsp sultanas 2 tbsp rum 40 g hazelnuts 2 tbsp honey 1 level tsp cinnamon 2 egg yolks 2 tbsp sugar Mark of a vanilla pod 1 tbsp food starch 1/4 l milk Preparation:  1. Wash apples, remove core and put into a form greased with butter. 2. Soak sultanas in rum for 10 minutes. 3. Roast hazelnuts and chop roughly. 4. Mix sultanas and nuts with honey and cinnamon and fill into apples, distribute the rest of the filling around the apples. 5. Put flakes of butter on top, cover the form with aluminium foil and bake in the oven for 30 min at 180°C. 6. For the sauce mix egg yolks, sugar and mark of a vanilla pod in a pot and beat with the hand mixer until creamy. 7. Add food starch while stirring. 8. Ingredients: Applesauce with pieces Breadcrumbs Sugar Butter Whipped cream Powdered sugar Preparation: 1. Fill the applesauce into a baking dish. 2. Mix breadcrumbs and sugar. 3. Melt butter in a pan and brown the breadcrumb/sugar mix while stirring constantly. 4. Spread on the applesauce and let cool. 5.
