French Apple Pie

Ingredients: Dough 250 g flour 125 g butter 1/2 glass of water Filling: Apples 20 cl crème fraîche 2 eggs 25 g almond powder Preparation: 1. Mix all ingredients for the pastry dough and roll it out. Put it into a mold. 2. Slice and peel the apples and put them on the dough spread in the mold. 3. Mix crème fraîche, eggs and almond powder for the cream. Pour over the apples. 4. Apple pie with vanilla pudding and cinnamon crumble

Ingredients: Crumble: 100 g flour 50 g sugar 2 bags vanilla sugar 1 leveled tsp of cinnamon 75 g soft butter Dough: 150 g flour 1 bag vanilla pudding powder 1 tsp baking powder 120 g soft butter 60 g sugar 1 egg Topping: 400 ml milk 2 tbsp sugar 1 bag vanilla pudding powder 1 tbsp lemon juice 500 g apples - Jonah Gold or Boskop Preparation: 1. First, make the crumbles. Add the flour, 2 small packets of vanilla sugar, sugar and cinnamon. 2. The butter should be liquid but not too hot. 3. Add this to the dry ingredients and use a kneading hook to process the crumbles and put them into the fridge. 4. Mix the dough: flour, vanilla pudding powder and baking powder. 5. Soften the butter. 6. Mix sugar, vanilla sugar and egg and beat a bit, then add to the first ingredients and mix with dough hook. 7. Add the butter and knead for a long time. 8. Applesauce Cake

Ingredients: 1/2 cup shortening 1 1/2 cups sugar 2 eggs, well beaten 1 1/2 cups applesauce, unsweetened 2 1/2 cups cake flour 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp baking soda dissolved in 2 tbsp water 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp cloves 1 cup raisins Preparation 1. Cream shortening, add sugar gradually and continue to beat until fluffy. add the eggs and combine thoroughly. 2. Mix flour with salt and spices. 3. Add 1/3 of the applesauce to the creamed mixture and blend. 4. Add dry ingredients alternately with remaining applesauce, beating thoroughly after each addition.  5. Dissolve baking soda in water and add to mixture. 6. Add raisins. 7. Pour into a large loaf pan 5x9x4 inches. 8. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 1 hour.
