Granma's apple cake

Ingredients: Yeast dough Butter Apples Sugar Sour Cream Cinnamon Preparation: 1. Make a yeast dough. 2. Put it on a baking plate covered with baking paper and butter. 3. Apples are cut without skin and sugar is poured over, mix it. 4. When little juice is out, spill sugary apples on dough. 5. Pour juice over. 6. Mix sour cream with sugar and a bit cinnamon powder, pour it over apples. 7. Baking Tips - Part 2

1. Use room-temperature ingredients. 2. Invest in quality bake ware. 3. Butter and flour your pans generously. 4. Toss the old stuff. 5. Take your time to fully complete each step. 6. Use salt. 7. Rotate halfway through. 8. Don't mess with the oven temperature and cooking time (unless you should). 9. Let it cool completely (unless you shouldn't). 10. Use substitutions at your own risk.

Oksana's Apple Pie

Ingredients: Dough: 1 cup sugar 4-5 eggs 200 ml sour cream 15-20% fat 1.5-2 cups flour 1 tsp soda, quenched with vinegar or 1 bag of baking powder Filling: 4-5 large sour apples Preparation: 1. Mix sugar and eggs for the dough and stir well. 2. Add all other ingredients and mix together. 3. The baking dish is covered with parchment. 4. Put a layer of sliced apples into the baking dish. 5. Natalia's apple cake

Ingredients: 500 g flour 2500 g butter 1500 g powder sugar 1 egg 1 pocket of baking powder 8-10 apples crushed walnuts or biscuits cinnamon sugar Preparation: 1. Mix together flour, butter, powder sugar, egg and packing powder for the dough with your hands and put in the fridge for an hour. 2. Meanwhile, peel apples, grate them on big cheese grater. 3. Grease the baking tin and powder it with flour to prepare baking tin. 4. Take the dough from the fridge and cut it in half, roll out one half and put it in the baking tin 5. Sprinkle the dough with crashed walnuts with sugar or butter biscuits (for soaking up the juice from apples). 6. Put the grated apples on top, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. 7. Roll out the other half of the dough and put it on top of the apples. 8. Poke the dough several times with a fork. 9. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 20-30 min depending on the oven, until golden brown. 10. Let it cool down and sprinkle with powder sugar. Source of Recipe:
