Apple Schotel

Ingredients: 2 apples 5 sheets white bread 30 gr grated cheese 4 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp melted margarine 350 ml liquid milk 1 tbsp Vanilla Essence Topping: Choco chips Preparation: 1. Cut the white bread in squares. Peel the apple and cut it into small pieces. 2. Mix sugar and liquid milk, then add grated cheese, melted margarine and vanilla essence, stir well. 3. Then add the apple, stir, then finally add the toast, stir slowly until smooth. 4. Prepare a container (e.g. aluminum foil cup) then add enough apple mixture, do it until the batter runs out, then top it with choco chips. 5. Bake in the oven on ​​medium heat for 45 minutes. Apple strudel

Ingredients: 1 1/2 kg apples, peeled, cored 150 g granulated sugar 150 g breadcrumbs 80 g butter 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tbsp vanilla sugar 80 g raisins 2 tbsp rum pastry 100 g butter, to brush Preparation: 1. Quarter the apples, cut into slices approx. 3 mm thick. 2. Heat the butter in a pan, add breadcrumbs, roast until golden brown, chill. 3. Mix apples with crystal and vanilla sugar as well as cinnamon, rum and raisins. 4. Roll up the strudel dough, brush with liquid butter, pull out thinly on a floured cloth, cut off the edges. 5. Sprinkle strudel dough with breadcrumb mixture, group apples on top, roll tight, close ends. 6. Sonia's Apple Cake

Ingredients: Filling: 75 g sugar 1 tbsp untreated lemon peel 3 tbsp lemon juice 1 cinnamon stick 500 g sour apples Dough: 200 g butter 150 g sugar 4 eggs 1 tbsp untreated lemon peel 200 g flour fat and 2 tbsp breadcrumbs for the form 2 tbsp powdered sugar to dust Preparation: 1. Boil 200 ml water with sugar, lemon, lemon zest and cinnamon stick and switch off the stove. 2. Slice the apples and add to the lemon stock. 3. Preheat the oven to 175°C. 7. Grease springform and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. 8. Smooth out half of the dough in the form. 9. Drain the apples and spread them on the dough without cinnamon stick. 10. Spread the rest of the dough over it. 11. Bake the cake on the bottom shelf for about 40 minutes. 12.
