Ingredients: Baking mix for apple cake 125 g soft margarine or butter 2 eggs (size M) 220 g applesauce Preparation: 1. Grease and dry the tin mold. 2. Preheat oven (top / bottom heat 180 °C, circulating air about 160 °C). 3. Put the mixture into a mixing bowl, add margarine or butter, eggs and applesauce. 4. Use a blender to make a smooth dough for about 30 seconds at the lowest, then at the highest level. 5. Fill the dough into the tin mold and smooth. 6. Put the mold on the grid in the lower third of the oven. 7. Bake for about 55 minutes. 8. After about 15 minutes baking time, cut the cake with a sharp knife about 1 cm deep lengthwise in the middle. 9.
