Ingredients:  one glass flour  one glass sugar  three eggs  apples   Preparation:  1. Beat eggs well with sugar (about 15 minutes).  2. Little by little add the sifted flour and whisk everything.  3. Cut the apples on a plate to cover the tin and pour the dough evenly.  4. Bake for about 40 minutes at about 170 degrees, do not open the oven during baking.
