Topped Apple Pie

Ingredients:
Dough:
400 g flour
4 tsp baking powder
70 g sugar
1 package Vanilla sugar
2 eggs
4 tsp milk
150 g butter

Filling:
1.5 kg apples (sour)
50 g raisins
50 g sliced ​​almonds
50 g soft butter
1 package Vanilla sugar
100 - 150 g sugar
cinnamon
Milk + 1 egg yolk to spread

Icing:
250 g powdered sugar
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp water

Preparation:
1. For the filling, peel the apples, remove seeds and cut into small pieces. Stew the apple pieces with 50 g of sugar, vanilla sugar, almonds, raisins and butter until the apples are soft. Then season the apple filling with sugar and cinnamon.
2. For the dough, mix the flour with the baking powder, then knead the remaining ingredients in. Cool the dough for about 30 minutes.
3. Divide the dough in half. One half is now rolled between two sheets of baking paper to the size of the baking tray that you are using. The upper baking paper is now removed from the dough and the dough is placed in a deep baking tray.
4. Then you spread the apple filling onto the cake. The second half of the dough is now rolled out to the size of the baking tray and placed on the other half of the dough. If there are still pieces of dough you should cut them off now.
5. The cake is now baked at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Let the cake cool down.
6. Mix the ingredients for the icing and spread on the cake.
