Apple Couscous

Ingredients:
(two portions)
125 ml apple juice
125 ml of water
100g couscous
1 big apple
a little lemon juice

Preparation:
1. Boil the apple juice with water, pour over the couscous and leave for about five minutes.
2. Peel the apple, dice it, simmer in a little water with lemon juice and mix it under the couscous.

Note: Raisins can also be added. Instead of the apple you can also use all of your other favourite fruits.
