Apple pie with vanilla pudding and cinnamon crumble

Ingredients:
Crumble:
100 g flour
50 g sugar
2 bags vanilla sugar
1 leveled tsp of cinnamon
75 g soft butter

Dough:
150 g flour
1 bag vanilla pudding powder
1 tsp baking powder
120 g soft butter
60 g sugar
1 egg

Topping:
400 ml milk
2 tbsp sugar
1 bag vanilla pudding powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
500 g apples - Jonah Gold or Boskop

Preparation:
1. First, make the crumbles. Add the flour, 2 small packets of vanilla sugar, sugar and cinnamon.
2. The butter should be liquid but not too hot.
3. Add this to the dry ingredients and use a kneading hook to process the crumbles and put them into the fridge.
4. Mix the dough: flour, vanilla pudding powder and baking powder.
5. Soften the butter.
6. Mix sugar, vanilla sugar and egg and beat a bit, then add to the first ingredients and mix with dough hook.
7. Add the butter and knead for a long time.
8. Grease a springform (bottom and rim).
9. Spread the dough evenly on the ground and also cool it.
10. For the topping, cook 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder with 400 ml instead of 500 ml milk and leave to cool in iced water.
11. Peel 500 g apples, remove seeds, cut into slices and put in a plastic bag with about 1 tbsp lemon juice. Mix and shake well.
12. Preheat oven at 180° C lower and upper heat.
13. Now distribute the vanilla pudding on the dough and cover it with apple slices in a ring-shaped manner to the middle.
14. Loosen the crumble with a fork and spread on the apple slices.
15. Bake for about 35 - 40 minutes.
