Grandma's Apple Dumpling Cake

Ingredients:
2-3 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 coated teaspoon of baking soda
6 tbsp oil
2 packages vanilla sugar
apples

Preparation:
1. Mix all ingredients together and fill into a greased springform.
2. Peel apples and cut into slices.
3. Put apples onto the dough.
4. Bake at 175 °C circulating air on the middle rail.
