Apple Muffins with Tofu

Ingredients: 120 g flour 30 g whole wheat flour 1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp baking soda 100 g tofu (silk) 60 g soy milk 50 g canola oil 30 g beet sugar 2 tsp vinegar pinch of salt 20 g raisins 1/2 apple (steamed) Preparation: 1. Mix tofu, soy milk, canola oil, sugar, vinegar and salt in a bowl. 2. Add flour, whole wheat flour, cinnamon and baking soda and mix roughly. 3. Add raisins. 4. Fill dough into muffin forms. 5. Puffs with apple

Ingredients: Puff pastry Sugar Cinnamon Apples Preparation: 1. Roll out puff pastry. 2. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. 3. Peel and core apples. 4. Cut pastry in pieces according to apple size. 5. Apple-cinnamon rolls

Ingredients: (15 pieces) For the yeast dough: 1 cube yeast 200 ml milk 80 g butter 80 g sugar 500 g flour 1 egg 1 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla extract For the filling: 4 - 5 apples (for example Boskop or Elstar) 3 tbsp sugar 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 lemon 70 g soft butter 4 tbsp sugar 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon Icing sugar for sprinkling Preparation: 1.) For the yeast dough, put milk and butter in a small saucepan and cook slowly on the stove over low heat until the milk is lukewarm and the butter has melted. Put the milk and butter mixture in a bowl. Crumble in the yeast and stir. Add sugar, flour, egg, salt and vanilla extract and knead into a smooth dough. If the dough is too sticky, then knead in a little more flour. Cover the yeast dough in a warm place for 1 - 2 hours. 2.) In the meantime, peel the apples, core them and cut into small pieces. Stir with 3 tablespoons sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and the lemon juice and simmer in a saucepan for 5 - 10 minutes. 3...

French Toast with Apples

Ingredients: 3 apples 4 slides bread to make French toast a little bit of coconut blossom sugar or maple syrup or honey 2 eggs a little bit of butter a little bit milk seeds (flaxseeds, sunflowerseeds, ....) almond flakes cinnamon Preparation: 1. Peal the apples and cut them in pieces. 2. Heat some butter in a pan and bake the apples for a few minutes. 3. Add the sugar to caramelise a little bit. 4. Scramble the eggs with a little bit of milk. 5. Put the apples on a plate (keep them warm). 6. Soak the bread in the eggs. 7. Heat some butter in the pan, bake the bread. 8. Put the bread on a plate,  add the apples and decorate with the seeds, almonds, cinnamon. Enjoy. You can add extra maple syrup,  cream, icecream... Baked Apple French Toast

Ingredients: 16 oz french loaf 2 cups milk 1 tbsp vanilla 2 tsp cinnamon 8 eggs 3/4 cup sugar 4 Granny Smith 3 tbsp butter Preparation: 1. Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray, 2. Cut bread into 1" cubes, pack tightly into pan. 3. Beat eggs, milk, vanilla and 1/2 cup sugar - pour half over bread. 4. Peel, slice apples and put over bread. 5. Add the rest of the egg mix. 6. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over top, dot with butter. 7. Cover and refrigerate over night. 8. Bake 25 minutes at 350° F, remove foil and bake 20 more minutes. Old Fashioned Apple Dumplings

Ingredients: 1 recipe pastry for double-crust pie 6 large Granny Smith apples, peeled and cored 1/2 cup butter 3/4 cup brown sugar 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg 3 cups water 2 cups white sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract Preparation: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Butter a 9x13 inch pan. 2. On a lightly floured surface, roll pastry into a large rectangle, about 24 by 16 inches. Cut into 6 square pieces. Place an apple on each pastry square with the cored opening facing upward. Cut butter into 8 pieces. Place 1 piece of butter in the opening of each apple; reserve remaining butter for sauce. Divide brown sugar between apples, poking some inside each cored opening and the rest around the base of each apple. Sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg over the apples. 3. Ingredients: Dough: 1 1/2 tbsp oil 15 oz luke warm water 4 cups + 2 tbsp all-purpose flour 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp Active Dry Yeast 1 tbsp sugar Filling: 2 to 3 apples peeled, cored and chopped finely 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 teaspoon per piroshok Enough canola oil to go half-way up the side of the piroshki when frying. Extra flour to dust the cutting board Preparation: 1. Mix oil, water, flour, salt, sugar and yeast. Let dough rise for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. 2. Put the finished dough onto a well floured cutting board, sprinkle dough with flour and with well-floured hands, shape it into a large log. It will rise more as it sits on the board. 3. Cut off pieces one at a time about 3/4″ thick. 4. Place the piece of dough over your well-floured hand (dough will be sticky) and shape it into a 3″ to 4″ circle using your hands. Apple Waffles

Ingredients: 2 apples, sour 200 g butter 100 g sugar 4 eggs 250 g wheat flour 1 tsp baking powder 100 ml milk 100 g almonds, ground 25 g hazelnut brittle some butter for greasing Preparation: 1. Grate apples. Beat butter in a bowl until frothy. Add sugar by the spoonful. Stir in eggs. Mix flour and baking powder thoroughly in a bowl and add alternately with the milk to the butter mass. Mix almonds, brittle and apples under. 2. Grease the waffle iron and place 2-3 tablespoons of dough in the provided wells. Bake until the waffles are golden brown.
