Baked Apple French Toast

Ingredients:
16 oz french loaf
2 cups milk
1 tbsp vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon
8 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
4 Granny Smith
3 tbsp butter

Preparation:
1. Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray,
2. Cut bread into 1" cubes, pack tightly into pan.
3. Beat eggs, milk, vanilla and 1/2 cup sugar - pour half over bread.
4. Peel, slice apples and put over bread.
5. Add the rest of the egg mix.
6. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over top, dot with butter.
7. Cover and refrigerate over night.
8. Bake 25 minutes at 350° F, remove foil and bake 20 more minutes.
