Ingredients: Dough 250 g flour 125 g butter 1/2 glass of water Filling: Apples 20 cl crème fraîche 2 eggs 25 g almond powder Preparation: 1. Mix all ingredients for the pastry dough and roll it out. Put it into a mold. 2. Slice and peel the apples and put them on the dough spread in the mold. 3. Mix crème fraîche, eggs and almond powder for the cream. Pour over the apples. 4.
