Caramel Apple Bread

Ingredients: 1 cup smooth unsweetened applesauce 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar 2 large eggs 1/4 cup canola or vegetable oil 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 cups flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/8 tsp nutmeg 1 cup peeled cored, and finely diced apple (1 apple) Caramel Glaze: 5 tbsp butter 3 tbsp caramel ice cream topping 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar dash salt Preparation: 1. Spray a 9- by 5-inch loaf pan with non-stick spray, then set it aside. Preheat the oven to 350° F (175° C). 2. Ingredients: Puff pastry Sugar Cinnamon Apples Preparation: 1. Roll out puff pastry. 2. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. 3. Peel and core apples. 4. Cut pastry in pieces according to apple size. 5.
