Apple Schotel

Ingredients:
2 apples
5 sheets white bread
30 gr grated cheese
4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp melted margarine
350 ml liquid milk
1 tbsp Vanilla Essence

Topping:
Choco chips

Preparation:
1. Cut the white bread in squares. Peel the apple and cut it into small pieces.
2. Mix sugar and liquid milk, then add grated cheese, melted margarine and vanilla essence, stir well.
3. Then add the apple, stir, then finally add the toast, stir slowly until smooth.
4. Prepare a container (e.g. aluminum foil cup) then add enough apple mixture, do it until the batter runs out, then top it with choco chips.
5. Bake in the oven on ​​medium heat for 45 minutes. Remove and serve.
