Tarte aux Pommes

Ingredients:
250 g shortcrust
1000 g apples
150 g sugar
1 coffee spoon cinnamon
3 soup spoons milk
15 cl cream (crème fraiche)
2 eggs
powdered sugar
vanilla sugar
cinnamon

Preparation:
1. Roll out dough, butter a springform and line with dough (including a small edge).
2. Peel apples, quarter, core and cut evenly lengthways to reduce baking time.
3. Spread the apples circular on the dough and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
4. Bake for 25 min in a very hot oven.
5. When the apples are baked, top with egg mass, cream and vanilla sugar.
6. Bake for 20 min.
7. Let the cake cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon. Eat lukewarm or cold.
