Apple Cake

Ingredients:
250 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
125 g margarine
225 g sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 egg
1 kg apples
100 g butter
1 package vanilla sugar
6 tbsp cream
125 g almond flakes

Preparation:
1. Mix flour, baking powder, margarine, 75 g sugar, a pinch of salt and egg into a dough and put into a springform.
2. Slice apples into small pieces and spread on the dough.
3. Melt butter, add 150 g sugar, vanilla sugar, cream and almond flakes and spread over the apple filling.
4. Bake at 170°C for ca. 1 hour.
