Ingredients:
Dough:
1 cup sugar
4-5 eggs
200 ml sour cream 15-20% fat
1.5-2 cups flour
1 tsp soda, quenched with vinegar or 1 bag of baking powder
Filling:
4-5 large sour apples
Preparation:
1. Mix sugar and eggs for the dough and stir well.
2. Add all other ingredients and mix together.
3. The baking dish is covered with parchment.
4. Put a layer of sliced apples into the baking dish.
5. Sprinkle cinnamon on the apples.
6. Pour the dough over the apples.
7. Put in the oven.
