Natalia's apple cake

Ingredients:
500 g flour
2500 g butter
1500 g powder sugar
1 egg
1 pocket of baking powder

8-10 apples
crushed walnuts or biscuits
cinnamon sugar

Preparation:
1. Mix together flour, butter, powder sugar, egg and packing powder for the dough with your hands and put in the fridge for an hour.
2. Meanwhile, peel apples, grate them on big cheese grater.
3. Grease the baking tin and powder it with flour to prepare baking tin.
4. Take the dough from the fridge and cut it in half, roll out one half and put it in the baking tin
5. Sprinkle the dough with crashed walnuts with sugar or butter biscuits (for soaking up the juice from apples).
6. Put the grated apples on top, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
7. Roll out the other half of the dough and put it on top of the apples.
8. Poke the dough several times with a fork.
9. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 20-30 min depending on the oven, until golden brown.
10. Let it cool down and sprinkle with powder sugar.
