Granma's apple cake

Ingredients:
Yeast dough
Butter
Apples
Sugar
Sour Cream
Cinnamon

Preparation:
1. Make a yeast dough.
2. Put it on a baking plate covered with baking paper and butter.
3. Apples are cut without skin and sugar is poured over, mix it.
4. When little juice is out, spill sugary apples on dough.
5. Pour juice over.
6. Mix sour cream with sugar and a bit cinnamon powder, pour it over apples.
7. Next is baking, 180 +/-5 °C, crust should be medium brown or light brown depending how thick the dough is (thicker=browner).
