Csenge's Mother's Apple Cake

Ingredients:
Dough:
300 g flour
100 g butter
6 g baking powder
100 g sugar
1.5 egg
2.5 tbsp milk

Filling:
3-5 apples
cinnamon
clove

Preparation:
1. After you mixed the ingredients of the dough with your hands you should take one half of it.
2. You roll it out with a rolling pin and place it in the baking dish.
3. As for the filling you will need approximately 3-5 apples, just to make a 3 cm thick layer upon the dough layer. You grate the apples and season it with cinnamon and clove.
4. You place the other part of the dough onto the apple layer, make some holes in it with a fork, and bake it in a preheated oven until it's golden brown.
