Tarte Tatin

Ingredients:
A bit of butter
Powdered sugar
Apples
Pastry or puff pastry dough

Preparation:
1. Grease the tarte pan and cover with a layer of powdered sugar.
2. Peel the apples and cut into slices.
3. Put the apples into the pan.
4. For caramelisation of the powdered sugar bake for 10-15 minutes at low temperature in the oven.
5. Take out and cover with pastry or puff pastry dough which is a bit bigger than the form.
6. Bake for another 15 minutes.
7. Take out of the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes.
8. Put a plate over the form and turn around quickly.
